- Resume content — the text or PDF you upload is processed in real-time by our AI to generate your report. It is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is needed to generate and (if applicable) save your report.
- Account information — if you sign in with Google or email, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
- Usage data — number of reports generated, plan status, and basic interaction data to operate free-tier limits and subscriptions.
- Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details ourselves.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your personalized interview readiness report, ATS score, and interview questions.
- To manage your account, free-tier usage limits, and premium subscription status.
- To send important account or transactional updates (e.g. subscription confirmation).
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI-generated reports over time.
4. Data Storage & Security
Account and subscription data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), which applies industry-standard encryption and access controls. Resume content submitted for analysis is sent to our AI processing service and is not retained beyond what's required to generate your report and serve it back to you.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase — authentication and database services.
- Google Gemini AI — used to analyze resumes and generate report content.
- Razorpay — used to process subscription payments securely.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data passed to them.
6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email listed on our Contact page. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Children's Privacy
crackpilot is intended for job seekers generally aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
