Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments made on crackpilot for Weekly Pro, Monthly Pro, or any other paid subscription plan are final and non-refundable, once the purchase is completed and the plan has been activated on your account.

1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

crackpilot provides instant, digital access to premium features the moment your payment is confirmed — including unlimited resume analyses, full ATS reports, STAR-format answers, PDF downloads, and company-specific question banks. Because these digital benefits are delivered immediately and can be used right away, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.

2. Before You Subscribe

We encourage you to use the free plan first — which includes 3 complete resume analyses per month at no cost — to evaluate whether crackpilot's reports and question quality meet your expectations before upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you experience a technical issue resulting in a duplicate charge, or a payment failure where money was deducted but your plan was not activated, please contact us immediately with your payment reference ID. Such cases will be reviewed and corrected on a case-by-case basis — this is the one exception where a reversal may be processed, limited strictly to the erroneous/duplicate amount.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling will stop future billing cycles, but will not result in a refund for the current active billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
